Terms of service

DRAFT. Not legal advice. This text has not been reviewed by a lawyer and must be before any commercial launch.

Draft status. These terms describe intended behaviour of the pre-launch software. They are not in force because no commercial service is operating. Governing law, company details, liability caps and consumer rights wording are intentionally left to counsel.

1. The product

Snipe Club is software for market research, paper trading and account journaling for EA SPORTS FC. It is independent and not approved by EA.

2. EA rules and your responsibility (open disclosure)

EA disclaimer. Snipe Club is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or approved by Electronic Arts Inc. (EA). EA SPORTS FC, FC Ultimate Team and related names are trademarks of their owners.

We sell this software with open risk disclosure — not as EA-compliant. EA's rules prohibit autobuyers, autosnipers and Transfer Market automation, and prohibit coin farming. Using the automation / browser-worker features with your EA account can and often does lead to transfer-market restrictions, coin and item removal, or a permanent account ban.

By registering and by checking the risk acknowledgement before checkout, you confirm that you have read this, that you are not being sold a “safe” or “undetectable” product, that no profit is guaranteed, and that you alone are responsible for any EA enforcement against your account.

3. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and keep your password confidential. You may request deletion of your account at any time from your account page.

4. Subscriptions and payments

  • Paid plans are monthly (renews until cancelled) or seasonal (fixed period, no renewal). Prices shown are configurable examples until launch.
  • Access depends on subscription status held by our server. Access ends when a subscription is cancelled, expires, or payment fails.
  • Payments would be handled by a third-party processor. Live payments are blocked until that processor approves the business and product.
  • Refund conditions are to be defined by counsel before launch. The software supports full and partial refunds; a full refund ends access.

5. No guarantees

No profit, coin gain, ranking, uptime or account safety is promised. Market data may be wrong or stale. The software is provided as is to the extent permitted by law.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to violate law, third-party terms or others' rights, to attack the service, or to resell access.

7. Changes

These draft terms will change before launch.
